VendacarUSA $5,000 Cash Giveaway — Official Rules

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 a.m. CT on the date these rules are first published and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on September 30, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.

Standard entry: During the Promotion Period, create a free vehicle listing on VendacarUSA.com with complete and accurate information. Each eligible listing earns one (1) entry.

Free alternate method of entry (AMOE): No listing, purchase, or payment is required. To enter without listing a vehicle, mail a 3" x 5" card with your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth to: VendacarUSA $5,000 Cash Giveaway — AMOE, Vendacarusa@gmail.com (email subject line: "AMOE Entry"). AMOE entries receive one (1) entry each and have the same chance of winning as standard entries. Limit one (1) entry per person per day. Mechanically reproduced, automated, or incomplete entries are void.

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about October 1, 2026, and the winner will be revealed on October 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry, and must respond within seven (7) calendar days and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) publicity release. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, is ineligible, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

One (1) grand prize of $5,000 USD, awarded by check or electronic transfer. Total approximate retail value: $5,000. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent except at Sponsor's sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize.

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity.

Listing a vehicle does not guarantee a sale, an offer, or any particular price. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform.
