Selling & listing

  • Is listing really free? Yes — $0 listing fee, $0 success fee. We never up-sell 'featured' placement.
  • Where will my listing appear? On the public Search Cars marketplace and shown to 3,400+ approved dealers.
  • How many photos can I upload? Up to 20. We recommend at least 6 (exterior, interior, dash, odometer, engine bay, undercarriage).
  • Can I edit my listing after posting? Yes, anytime, from your account dashboard.

Buying

  • Is the price negotiable? Yes — most listings allow direct offers, and dealers respond within a few business hours.
  • How do I know the car is real? Every dealer is license-verified; every private seller is phone-verified.
  • Can I get an inspection before buying? Yes. Most listings allow third-party inspections; we can recommend mobile inspectors.
  • Who handles the title transfer? The seller — but we provide a step-by-step state-by-state guide for both sides.

Financing

  • Does pre-qualifying hurt my credit? No — it's a soft pull.
  • Can I use my own bank? Absolutely. You can pay cash, bring outside financing, or use Vendacar Auto Finance.
  • What's the minimum credit score? We work with lenders from prime through subprime. No firm cutoff.

Account & privacy

  • How do I delete my account? Email support@vendacarusa.com — done within 5 business days.
  • Do you sell my data? No. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
