Two revenue streams: (1) recurring dealer-storefront subscriptions plus per-transaction fees on our private Dealer Auction; (2) Vendacar Auto Finance — revenue from lender placement and servicing partnerships. Consumer-side listing and shopping is free.
As a private company we don't publish quarterly financials, but accredited and institutional investors under NDA receive quarterly operating updates including GMV, take-rate, dealer-retention metrics, and finance-attach rate.
