Arbitration Policy

Arbitration that actually protects the buyer.

We wrote this policy after years of being on the wrong end of "as-is, where-is" at the big auctions. Every car you buy is backed by these rules — in writing, no exceptions.

Frame & structural

Any unannounced frame damage, prior structural repair, or unibody compromise is fully arbitrable within 7 days of sale. No mileage cap.

Title & odometer

Branded title, salvage, flood, lemon law buyback, and odometer rollback / TMU issues are non-negotiable arbitrations — full unwind, no restocking fee.

Mechanical (drive train)

Engine knock, transmission slip, transfer case failure, and head-gasket failure within the arbitration window are honored on any vehicle under 150,000 miles regardless of price.

Announced condition

If a seller declared 'runs and drives', 'no leaks', 'cold A/C', or any specific condition that is false on arrival, you get a full unwind or a negotiated price adjustment — your choice.

Resolution SLA

Most disputes are resolved in under 48 hours. We pay return transport on any successful arbitration. Sellers in repeat violation are removed from the platform.

Independent review

Disputed claims escalate to a 3-person review panel that includes one dealer member from outside the transaction. No internal-only decisions.
